Summer Camp Information

These camps are for ANY dancer looking for intensified training in a specific area.

 

Summer Camp Pricing:

Each camp is $60 each:

Buy 4 camps, get 10% off- Pay $216 instead of $240

Buy 11 camps, get 20% off-Pay $528 instead of $660

 

Summer Camp Schedule:

6/3-6/16 10:00-11:00 AM

Camp 1: Conditioning for Dancers

Conditioning and strength training for dancers

11:00-12:00 PM

Camp 2: Turns Camp

Proper pirouette technique, increase turns, fouetté’s, and ‘a la seconde’ turns

12:00-1:00 PM

Camp 3: Progressions

Jazz technique, floor work, weight transfers, direction changes, etc.

6/20-6/23 10:00-11:00 AM

Camp 4: Power Stretch

Warm-up and gain increased flexibility with over-split work, hip openers, and increased upper back flexibility. All done at the individual’s pace and current level, to help meet their goal. All techniques are performed and taught with the dancer’s safety as the top priority.

11:00-12:00 PM

Camp 5: Leaps and Jumps

Higher jumps and leaps are achieved with a focus on plyometric training. Tell us your goal, we will help you get there!

Camp 6: Power Stretch

Camp 7: Acrobatics

This is a great opportunity for our dancers to come work with the fabulous Nikki Martin on chest stands, backbend progressions, handstands, walkovers, spider rolls, and more! The sky is the limit!
