Whitney Young

Whitney has been perfoming since the age of 2, where she studied at Paula Silva’s in Norman, Oklahoma where she was trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz with Paula Silva and Vocal coaching with Jennifer Baker Heavner. During her Junior year in High School, Whitney was selected to study Modern Dance with Denise Vale as an early entry student and continued to study under Denise for 4 years. She was a teacher and choreographer at Modern Dance Arts for Maggie Mitchell in Norman, OK, for 10 years in the areas of Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Ballet. Whitney attended the University of Oklahoma as a Visual Communications major but continued her studies in dance at OU in the areas of Ballet under Rebecca Herrin, Modern under Denise Valse, and as a member of the Pom squad. Whitney’s choreography has received numerous awards and honors including, State Championships, First Place Platinum, Overall High Score and Judges Choice Choreography. Whitney lives in Norman, Oklahoma with her daughter Hattie Belle. Whitney has her certification in Beyond Barre as an instructor and is currently the only certificate holder in the State.

Lindsey Russell

Lindsey started Fusion Fitness & Yoga with the mission of presenting an exciting and innovative fusion of healthy lifestyle choices that incorporate fitness and nutrition as well as emotional needs. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, ACE certified Health Coach, and YogaFit Certified Instructor. She also has a Bachelors of Business from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has completed the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon and competes in both triathlons and duathlons. Lindsey is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and hopes to share her love of fitness through group fitness, personal training, and yoga.

Sarah Worden Portrait

Sarah Ellis Worden

Sarah Ellis Worden began her training with the Giacobbe Academy and Delta Festival Ballet in Slidell, and New Orleans, LA. She continued her ballet education with John Adamson in Katy, TX, and Barbara Legault and Angela Jackson in Houston. Her professional career includes performing with the Intercity Ballet in Tennessee, Montgomery Ballet, Katy Dance Arts, and the Alabama Ballet. Sarah was a company member of Ballet Idaho and, while dancing in Boise, created roles for the New Ballet Idaho repertoire including; Peter Anastos’s Italian Symphony, and Alex Ossadnik’s Le Creation du Monde, and Four Seasons.


Sarah’s classical repertoire includes principal roles in The Nutcracker, as Clara, the Snow Queen and Sugar Plum Fairy; Nikiya in La Bayadere; Aurora from The Sleeping Beauty; and the Glove Seller in Gaite Parisienne. She has also performed principal roles in Gerald Arpino’s Reflections, and James Clouser’s Carmina Burana. Her repertorie also includes Odalisques from Le Corsaire, Swanhilda from Coppelia, White Cat from Sleeping Beauty, Cygnets from Swan Lake, and George Balanchine’s Serenade.


Sarah was chosen by Anna-Marie Holmes to perform with Ballet Adriatico in Italy and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. She attended the University Of Oklahoma School Of Dance on academic and merit scholarships for her BFA in Ballet Performance with a Minor in History, and returned to complete her MFA in Dance as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Her choreography has been performed at Celebration of the ARTS and Young Choreographers’ Showcase at the University of Oklahoma, the Ballet Idaho Academy, Alabama Ballet, and The Dance Center of Oklahoma City Ballet Summer Intensive.


Sarah teaches for the Dance Center of Oklahoma City Ballet, and at Doran-Vossen School of Dance, where she is a Principal Professional Guest Artist for Central Ballet of Oklahoma. She is also Principal dancer for Wahzhazhe with Osage Ballet and has performed through-out Oklahoma and Washington D. C.



Quincy Portrait

Quincy Tresemer

Quincy has been pursuing her passion to dance all her life. She studied at Modern Dance Arts (MDA) for 13 years where she trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern. While training at MDA, Quincy competed at the Oklahoma State Dance Team Directors’ Association (OSDTDA) with two solos and a duo; earning 6th and 10th place honors for her solos and 3rd place for her duo. In conjunction with her training at MDA, Quincy performed with Norman North High School Pom for four years. Norman North Pom was privileged in 2008-2009 to compete at Nationals where the squad placed 2nd. Quincy’s dance career prospered in college when she was selected for the 2011- 2012 University of Oklahoma (OU) Pom team. While attaining her degree from OU, she choreographed numerous performances for Chi Omega sorority, OU Homecoming, and Sooner Scandals. In addition to her collegiate success, Quincy was selected as a finalist for the NBA Oklahoma Thunder Girl Dance Team in 2013. Most recently, she has broadened her horizons as an advocate of dance and health by providing private dance lessons and receiving her certification as a Beyond Barre instructor. Quincy is excited to expand her dance career by sharing her passion and expertise as an instructor for 405 Dance.



Taniah Portrait

Taniah Zelinski

Taniah began dancing at the age of three at North Harris Performing Arts in Houston, TX where she studied ballet, tap, and jazz under Amy Cain and Dawn Dippel. At the age of six she moved to Fort Worth, TX where she continued her training at Bruce Lea Dance Factory. For the next twelve years she studied ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and contemporary under Bruce Lea, Christie Lea, Krista Johnson, Julie Ballew, and Becky Herman. She also participated in the competition team where she received various awards and honors in regional and national competitions both individually and as a member of the team. In addition, Taniah was a teacher’s assistant for four years at Bruce Lea Dance Factory, as well as a dance teacher for three years. Throughout high school Taniah also performed in various showcases for Nolan Catholic High School, Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, Adrenaline Dance Convention, SoulEscape, Elevate, Between the Lines, and the iHollywood Dance Tour. During her senior year of high school she was selected as an iHollywood Company Member where she trained with and assisted world-renowned choreographers such as Melody Lacayanga, Brooke Pierotti, Mikey Trasoras, and Desiree Robbins. Taniah currently lives in Norman, OK and attends the University of Oklahoma as a Communication major, but has continued her studies in dance by assisting various choreographers such as Pam Chu, Caroline Lewis-Jones, Jenn Freeman, and most frequently Melody Lacayanga. Taniah was also recently selected as a finalist for the NBA Oklahoma City Thunder Girls Dance Team in 2015.
